1. Service Description
IMAP2Notion is a service that connects your email accounts (via IMAP) to Notion, automatically importing emails into a Notion database. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
2. Account Requirements
- You must have a valid Notion account and authorize IMAP2Notion via Notion OAuth.
- You must provide valid IMAP credentials for the email accounts you wish to connect.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
- Use the service to process emails that you do not have permission to access.
- Exceed usage limits associated with your plan.
4. Intellectual Property
The service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of IMAP2Notion. Your email content and Notion data remain your property.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMAP2Notion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all emails will be successfully imported. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
6. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
